I am an Integral Development Coach and Lewis Deep Democracy Instructor and Facilitator. I have trained extensively in Conflict Mediation, Systemic Coaching, the Enneagram, and Integral Team Coaching. I weave all these skills into unique, holistic support that creates swift, transformative and lasting change.

  • Integral Development Coaching is grounded in a developmental psychological model which attends to the holistic nature of being human: your emotions, cognition, behaviour and body, culture and language, spirituality, surrounding system, and relationships.

    • Develop deeper awareness of your behavioural patterns, your values, your resources, and how what you are doing is serving your highest potential.

  • The Enneagram is one of the most powerful and dynamic systems in existence for seeing and understanding our unconscious inner experience, behavioural patterns and motivations. It is also a system that unlocks your capacity for deep empathy and compassion - for yourself and others.

    It is not about putting people into rigid boxes. In fact, it’s the very opposite.

    Personality is just a complex strategy for getting your instinctual needs met.

    The Enneagram is less concerned about this rigid way of navigating in the world, and more concerned with being an open window through which you can dis-identify with your unconscious behaviour, see clearly your motivations, and become more freely who you are.

    It not a static system, in fact, it has a growth model integrated within it.

    You will benefit from Enneagram coaching if:

    • You have self-typed and want support confirming the type or wish to explore it more deeply.

  • I offer facilitation in a wide array of different relational and organisational contexts. My facilitation style works with group dynamics, enabling diverse views to surface, and supporting groups to engage with difference in order to generate creative solutions together and establish responsibility and buy in from all involved.

    Participants will learn by experiencing practical facilitation tools that they can begin to apply themselves in their day to day contexts, creating more innovative, dynamic and participative conversations that positively impact their systems and create the work that matters most to them.

    Mediation is a structured process which allows time and space for listening to both perspectives, understanding the core of issue or challenges, clarifying where there is divergence and commonality, and making decisions together based on these insights.

Deep Democracy

  • Lewis Deep Democracy is a social technology based on participative dialogue and conflict transformation.

    In this training programme, you will learn powerful and adaptable skills you can start integrating immediately across your life that equip you to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and polarisation (and support others to do the same).

    You will learn how to:

    • Work generatively with difference, difficult behaviour, conflict and tension.

    • Create spaces where conflicting views can be expressed and heard, fostering high trust, participative, innovative, and respectful cultures.

    • Read the dynamics of a group, recognise early signs of resistance, understand the root causes of conflict and polarisation and how it manifests within group dynamics.

    • Manage your own views and opinions while authentically encouraging others to share their own (even if they are different to yours).

    • Deliver simple, key statements that address “elephants in the room”.

    • Make decisions that gain buy-in and establish responsibility, while weaving in diverse points of view. Understand the wisdom in the “no”.

    • Shift how you relate to tension and conflict, and understand the creative possibility conflict offers, as well as it’s potential to strengthen relationships.

    • Understand the obstacles to good communication and develop new ways of speaking and sharing views that enable a culture of understanding.

    • Skilfully diagnose and intervene in situations where people are stuck.

    • Resolve relational and group tension or conflict instead of allowing anger and blaming to bubble away or escalate.
